The Awesome Behind the Awesome
WELCOME
If you happened to stumble upon this little piece of awesome then you’re in luck. This is a project between a group of awesome friends, where we take one photo per day for a whole year. Sure, it sounds like your typical 365 project but there’s a twist. We have one theme per week so not only do we document our year but also challenge ourselves as n00b/reasonably good amateur photographers. Maybe in the next few months this project will become something important that will strengthen our bond as friends and all that shizz but right now it’s just a little something we’re doing for fun. :P
Here’s to making it to 1 December 2011 with 2,920 photos, hopefullymaybe.
WHO ARE WE?
We’re a group of friends who go the Uni (and Tec), wielding our point-and-shoots and dLRS in an attempt to document our year. We’re all Filipinos and we’re all awesome. On this blog you get to know us through the photos we take, but if you want to get to know the Awesome behind the lens, then brace yourself!

Nina. Loves God and all things God created. A 12-year old stuck in a 23-year old body. Majored in Biochemistry and is now pursuing a Master of Science degree at the Uni. You can grab her attention if you mention any of the following: anime, cats, guitar, manga and music. Speaks English, Tagalog and Japanese. Slow eater. Dreams of touring all of Asia and Europe someday. Not really good at intros. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu.
Hello kids! I’m Aween. I major in Hospitality Management at the Uni and I will be on my last year of study next year. YUSSS! My hobbies include long walks on the beach, stalking people and staring into space. Nahh, not really. I love dogs, coffee, the colour purple, Korean stuff, music, and food. Cool beans. That would be all for now. :)

Zeebug! 20. Doing Media and Creative Technologies (and Screen and Media Studies) at the Uni. Design, photography, social media is me. I write songs and I like to cook. xD I’m a Nerdfighter, a Beardlover and a Shaytard Rebellionite. Hunger Games, WongFuPro, Alex and Charlie and just about all the awesome on youtube. I don’t like spicy stuff, eggplants, and liars.
I am nerdy Luke with a nerdy look. :) I have sparkly eyes, a sparkly personality, I like “sparkle” (the drink) AND I don’t sparkle like Edward Cullen. Seahorse is my favorite animal, don’t ask why. :)
Can speak Tagalog, English and Hiligaynon( commonly known as Ilonggo). Studying my fourth language French, then I’ll study Spanish. :) If I can, I’ll study German too! :)
I like Mythology, the 4 elements, vampires and werewolves, Angels, Magic, Royalty, and anything that has the “Nouveau riche” thinking (It reminds me of Philippine drama).
Hey i’m Gian. I am actually a music geek, not a real photographer. I’m a fan of alternative music. Incidentally, your father’s vinyl collection may interest me also. But I am not the indie/hipster type who kill bands before anyone else sees them. Beware, I am bad at smalltalk.
